Todd Anderson is an entrepreneur and human performance coach based in the United States.
With over a decade of experience in health, wellness, human performance, and business, Todd has worked with some of the strongest brands in the industry. He has helped thousands of athletes achieve peak performance, including players from the NBA, NFL, MLB, top NCAA programs, and Olympians.
WALK-ON TO THE NFL
Todd has always been passionate about innovating and pushing the limits of top athletic performance.
From a young age, he was a competitive athlete. After high school, he pursued a lifelong dream of playing football at Michigan State University. Todd walked on at Michigan State and embodies the "walk-on mentality," earning each day and taking advantage of every opportunity. This mindset was ingrained in him during his time at MSU. Todd went on to become a starter at fullback for the Spartans and eventually spent time in the NFL with the Rams.
PASSING THE TORCH
After Todd's playing days were over, he quickly moved into the strength and conditioning field.
JOINING OF FORCES
In 2020, Todd and his wife Katie Hoff (a two-time Olympian and former world record holder) started Synergy Dryland, a human performance company dedicated to the sport of swimming.
Synergy Dryland has grown to work with thousands of swimmers around the world and is seen as a leader in the industry.
n 2022, Todd teamed up with Ken Rideout to create the Rideout Strong Training Program.
This program works with runners to train for marathon events throughout the year. It is a hybrid athlete model designed to forge some of the toughest MF’s on the planet!
